I originally thought I was going to decorate her room in a pink and brown modern/princess theme. I still love the design I came up with, but not quite as much as what I have in mind now! When I was researching for the wedding, I came across the color duo blush pink and champagne, and I fell in love with it! Searching around the store today, I happened to come across a danty, feminine pillow with Isabella’s name on it! Of course, there was no question that I was buying it, but it didn’t exactly fit with the first nursery design. I know, it’s crazy to think one pillow could make me reconsider that easily, but that’s just how I work! Upon searching, I came across this adorable, blush pink, frilly pillow and I loved it!! So that was my focus… the wheels in my head really began turning, and I started picturing this gorgeous, ornate nursery 🙂 Now my job was to put it together!!

So, today I went to our local Marshalls Homegoods store to see what goodies they had… and boy was I glad I did! Sooo many awesome ideas for the babies room, I can’t wait to begin decorating 🙂
Everything I’m finding online is soooo expensive. I’m talking like nothing under $400 for a 4-piece crib set, ridiculous! I may have to end up opting with a neutral color like cream for the bedding crib set and make it pop with the decor! Nonetheless, here are a couple of designs I’d die for right now….http://www.babybedding.com/shabby-chic-chenille-crib-bedding
