Misty and her sister Christy work the store, while their Father scores inventory. The girls decorate and bring the items back to life by repurposing, if needed, and staging the store. The store has a mixture of everything, mixing the old with the new! Eclectic, vintage and glam.
I love this plank wall! It’s an original from this old home, built in 1900! True vintage <3 p="">

3. I’m crazy about shabby chic worn furniture right now, and this piece is just perfect! The robin egg blue really makes this piece stand out, what do you think?!
4. How adorable is this shabby chic style laundry room! If my husband would let me decorate super girly, I would have a room decorated with the pinks, blues and floral prints!

{ DIY “Vintage” Tray }
I had a little bit of “free” time this weekend, so I headed to the local antique mall… Fell in love with a few goodies there, but everything seemed to be so over priced! Any who, I found a cute vintage tray, looked at the price tag of $45 and didn’t think it was so “cute” anymore! Needless to say, my next stop was Hobby Lobby where I knew I could find everything I needed to re-create that vintage tray!
Here’s what you’re going to need:
- natural wood tray, $3 (with coupon)
- two sheets of scrapbook paper, $1.08 (or fabric would also work!)
- spray paint, I used Krylons oil rubbed bronze, $4
- homemade decoupage (recipe here!)
- furniture wax, I used Miss Mustard Seeds

Utlra chic and elegant – –
One of my all-time favorite elegant colors is– blush pink! Blush pink is so romantic, and can be paired with just about anything and be gorgeous! Endless possibilities… Blush pink, charcoal gray and silver…Blush pink, champagne and gold.. Blush pink, white and silver…
Here are two options for your wedding dress. Option one: Sweetheart neckline, full flow-y and blush pink accented bow belt. Option two: Strapless, form fitting top and feather accented bottom.
Simple, cute option for flower girl dress. Layered ballerina style. Maybe even have her wear ballerina flats to complete the look!

Vintage Glamour
I originally thought I was going to decorate her room in a pink and brown modern/princess theme. I still love the design I came up with, but not quite as much as what I have in mind now! When I was researching for the wedding, I came across the color duo blush pink and champagne, and I fell in love with it! Searching around the store today, I happened to come across a danty, feminine pillow with Isabella’s name on it! Of course, there was no question that I was buying it, but it didn’t exactly fit with the first nursery design. I know, it’s crazy to think one pillow could make me reconsider that easily, but that’s just how I work! Upon searching, I came across this adorable, blush pink, frilly pillow and I loved it!! So that was my focus… the wheels in my head really began turning, and I started picturing this gorgeous, ornate nursery 🙂 Now my job was to put it together!!
